(CTTĐTBP) - Resolution 19/2022/NQ-HDND dated November 9, 2022 of the Provincial People's Council on regulations on monthly support levels for social protection beneficiaries belonging to poor households unable to work in the locality. Binh Phuoc province for the period of 2022-2025, effective from November 21, 2022.
The resolution stipulates a support level of 1.2 million VND/person/month for subjects in rural areas and 1.7 million VND/person/month for subjects in urban areas (support This does not include funding to support social protection beneficiaries who are entitled to monthly social allowances from the central budget as prescribed).
Funding for the implementation is deducted from the local budget (provincial budget), arranged in the annual recurrent expenditure estimate of the agency or unit assigned to the task according to the local decentralization./.
